Here at The Forge, one of our favorite things is sourcing really great produce and ingredients, all of our meat is properly hung and is sourced from no further a field than Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire or Lincolnshire and our fish is always delivered fresh daily. Our commitment to using British produce with high ethical welfare has earned us commendation and accreditation from assured food standards.
Our entire menu is prepared on the premise by our brigade of passionate chefs that believe that a quality pub food menu should be about having something for everyone whilst not compromising quality to achieve it.
Our seasonal menu is offered every day and in addition to this we offer a weekday early bird menu for those looking for a quicker bite, as well as fantastic snack menu and of course always a roast on Sunday with homemade Yorkshire puddings and goose fat roasties, bloody mary’s and complimentary Sunday papers as standard.
Whilst you probably will not find children here in abundance, we do offer a special set menu for little ones, as well as little bags of fun to keep the occupied whilst you dine.
